2- Appointments for Santé Health Clinic Patients at the location on 380 Hunt Club Rd.
- Availability: Fridays (full day) or Saturday mornings
- Modes: Online or in-person at the clinic
- Eligibility: Appointments are reserved exclusively for patients affiliated with Santé Health Alliance Medical Clinic.
- Referral: A referral from your family doctor at Santé Health Alliance is required.
- Note: You must be a patient of Santé Health Alliance to qualify.
